Financial Institutions Directory

Consumers seeking financial services are strongly encouraged to deal only with financial institutions that are regulated by MAS. The names of regulated persons in respect of the provision of financial services under the various Acts administered by MAS are listed on MAS' website in the Financial Institutions Directory.

MAS Register of Representatives

This is a public record of individuals who conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Act and provide financial advisory services under the Financial Advisers Act. Before dealing with a representative, do ask for his unique Representative Number. Click here to key in the Representative Number to verify if the person is an authorised representative, the regulated activities he is allowed to conduct, the financial institution he acts for and any regulatory actions taken against him by MAS.

This is a list of unregulated persons who, based on information received by MAS, may have been wrongly perceived as being licensed or authorised by MAS. Click here to access the list.
