Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board Investor Education Site and Retirement Planner Site
The CPF Board launched a new Investor Education Site on 5 January 2004 to introduce CPF members to the basics of investments. This is one of CPF Board's ongoing intiatives to help CPF members understand more about investing so that they can make well-informed investment decisions.
To help CPF members better plan for their retirement, the Retirement Planner Site was launched on 25 June 2004. The CPF Retirement Planner enables members to find out whether they are on track in achieving their desired retirement lifestyle based on their target retirement age, current savings patterns and lifestyle choices.
The CPF Retirement Planner site gives CPF members a choice of going on an animated Interactive Journey that is designed to appeal to those who are new to retirement planning, or using the CPF Retirement Calculator for customized retirement planning.
OPERA - Online Repository for Unit Trusts and IPO Prospectuses
OPERA is an on-line database hosting information and documents on public offers of shares, debentures and collective investment schemes. OPERA allows users to search for and view all offer documents lodged with or registered by MAS as well as the latest amendments made by offerors to their prospectuses and profile statements.
MAS maintains a list of authorised and recognised funds in the MAS website.

Singapore Government Securities (SGS)
Developed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the SGS website is dedicated to the provision of information on SGS. Investors can read about the history of SGS as well as obtain the daily SGS prices from the website.
Investment Management Association Of Singapore (IMAS) Investor Education Site
IMAS launched its Investor Education Site on 28 May 2004 to educate the public on the basics of investments so that they can make well-informed investment decisions. Investors can find useful information on the risks and returns of investments, tips on investing and information on unit trusts and investment-linked life insurance products. There is also a glossary explaining some of the more commonly used financial terms.
Fund Information Service
Fund Information Service provides information on unit trusts and investment-linked life insurance products. It is jointly run by the Life Insurance Association of Singapore (LIA) and the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS).
The Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation
The Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC) administers the Deposit Insurance Scheme in Singapore (DI Scheme).
The DI Scheme was established to provide an explicit but limited guarantee to insured depositors in the event of a failure of a bank or finance company. The DI scheme compensates depositors through a fund built up from contributions by Scheme members
